Pura Vida CPA was launched in 2015 with the dream of creating a one stop shop for business owners seeking guidance with their tax planning, bookkeeping, and tax returns.

Kimmy Diodone, CPA Founder (She/her)

Kimmy spent her entire youth in Japan after which she moved to the USA to attend university. She earned her Bachelor Degrees in Accounting and International Business in the beautiful State of Oregon and quickly fell in love with the scenery and lifestyle that Oregon provides. She became a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed to perform public accounting services in Oregon by 2009 and has worked in public accounting ever since.

In addition to growing up in Japan, Kimmy had the opportunity to live in Spain and Italy. She learned many important lessons while living in the Mediterranean, but the most important lesson was to focus on celebrating life with family and friends. Good food, good wine, and sunshine can go a long way.
